Welcome to the Pert Fishings Website

The Pert fishings on the North Esk are about 7 miles from the sea and consist of approx two miles of single bank fishing comprising 12 named pools.

The beat will cater for 6 rods and is primarily suited to fly but spinning is allowable when water levels permit.

The river North Esk is one of the most prolific salmon rivers in Scotland, comparing favourably with other more famous rivers like the Tay, Spey, and Aberdeenshire Dee.

Given appropriate weather conditions it provides excellent sport for Salmon, Grilse & Sea Trout.

The North Esk fishing season runs from 16th Feb to 31st Oct Incl.
